Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship out within 2-3 business days with USPS. We ship using standard shipping unless you choose a different shipping method at check out. 

Returns & Exchanges :

Due to us being an online store only, You'll need to contact us within three days of receiving your order. Please include your invoice number and also the reasoning for your return or exchange.

Guide Lines for Returns and Exchanges: 

All items must have their original tags. Item's must be in NEW & UNUSED CONDITION. This includes odor free, pet free, and no stains.

Buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for return and exchanged items

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Item being exchanged? That shipping fee with be invoiced at the time we are ready to ship out your exchanged item to you.

We return for Store Credit Only, NO REFUNDS.
